Tree trimming will begin in March & September, please move your vehicles accordingly.
Holiday decorations must be removed within 30 days of the holiday passing. Please remove all holiday decor or you will receive a violation.
Attention Owners & Residents, ALL 3 story units in Parkside Square are required to have their interior Fire Sprinklers inspected annually. A letter has been mailed out to all of those units regarding this. Please make arrangements to have it completed and be in compliance with the law.
Gazebos must rented with prior approval if you are going to have a party. Use of BBQ grills, moving of picnic tables and several people under the gazebo is considered a party and must have prior approval. Owner/resident must fill out contract, pay fees, and provide event insurance. You will be charged a penalty if you have an unapproved party under the gazebo.
Clubhouse & Gazebo Rentals Update:
Event Insurance is now required if you want to rent the Clubhouse or Gazebo.
