Board meetings are held at the Parkside Clubhouse and take place at 7:00 PM. They are always on a Monday. Signs announcing meetings are placed on both sides of the community. Budget Meetings and Annual Meetings are held once per year, and owners are notified of those via first-class mail.

If a unit is not delinquent on their HOA dues, and they have no outstanding violations on the unit, then they are eligible to buy a key fob. They allow 2 key fobs per unit. If you are a tenant, the key fob must be requested by the owner. They are $50.00 and payment should be made payable to Parkside Townhomes HOA, we accept cash, check or money order. The manager is at the Clubhouse Monday’s 2-4PM and Fridays 3-5PM.
