About The Community

Parkside Townhomes HOA is a community of 271 townhomes built in 2004 that consists of Parkside Village, two-story townhomes, and Parkside Square, three-story townhomes. It has beautiful amenities and is close to the beach and several restaurants. It is a safe, quiet community with residents of all ages. Located in a Boynton Beach Preserve, residents can enjoy peaceful nature-filled walks by the water. The Board and management strive to keep the community a safe, enjoyable place to live.
